Official Launch and Poets' Breakfast

Poetry in the park

Enjoy a buffet breakfast in a rural park setting as we launch the annual Ipswich Poetry Feast and acknowledge our sponsors. This is followed by an entertaining and relaxed feast of poetry performances as guests take to the podium. This year's event includes the launch of a special limited edition of Jack Thompson's CD, "The Campfire Yarns of Henry Lawson", which includes a reading of the poem, "Babies of Walloon". Two signed copies of the CD will be auctioned at the breakfast. Unsigned copies of the CD will be available at this event for the purchase price of $20.00.
